With its expertise in platform and use case development, the PlanQK consortium supported the team of authors as part of the accompanying research for the AI innovation competition organised by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.

As part of the accompanying research for the AI innovation competition, a major study was conducted on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection to present the current possibilities and future potential of quantum computing applications. In addition to a basic introduction to the modes of action and concepts, the focus was on the presentation of individual use cases. The partners of the PlanQK consortium provided support with their broad knowledge of the development of applications for current use cases, as well as the possibilities of integrating these applications via the PlanQK platform.
